Kristin & Andres's Olympia Wedding

I loved the glamour and romance of Kristin and Andres's wedding at the Capitol Building in Olympia. I figured it would be gorgeous from the outer facade, but had no idea HOW gorgeous until we saw Kristin walking down the staircase toward Andres during the ceremony. Joe and I had more picture ideas than either of us knew how to handle!

Believe it or not, these two were high school sweet hearts and had already passed the 10-year mark in their relationship. They had The Best high school dance pictures displayed around their reception at the Heritage Room! It was obvious their friends and family were ecstatic to celebrate the wedding which was a long time coming.

Joe and I had such a great time meeting these two that they haven't been able to shake us. A great friendship has blossomed from one amazing event.

Shawna and Jared's West Seattle Engagement Session

Joe and I are so lucky to be photographing Shawna and Jared's wedding this weekend. These two have added so many unique and personal touches to their day that our photographer minds are already blown. Can't wait to see all of their ideas come to life on Saturday!

Summer Fun at the Westcrest Dog Park

Just a little summer fun to celebrate at the Westcrest Dog Park in West Seattle. We take Piper Dog there all the time and she LOVES it!

If you have a poochie that you'd like to do something nice for... visit us at the park, it's a blast!!

Genevieve & Josh's Skansonia Wedding

It was nearly love at first site for Genevieve and Josh. Well... at least for Josh. :) Apparently it took him all night to convince Genevieve to accept a drink from him, but once she did the wheels were set in motion. At the time Josh was only visiting Seattle on a road trip from Boston. Their time was limited, but they certainly took advantage of it, spending the few days he had in town inseperable.

Only weeks after his return to Boston, Josh knew he couldn't live on the opposite side of the country from Gen so he packed all his belongings into a duffel and purchased a one-way ticket to his new hometown, Seattle. To say Gen was shocked when Josh called to say he'd arrived and was staying for good may be a slight understatement. Never-the-less, the idea grew on Gen sooner than later and well, here we are... Two beautiful people, blissfully happy and starting a new life together.

I guess it's like they say...

When you know,
you know.
